Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Nekovilo to your Discord server, or by accessing our Web Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services and kick the bot.

Acceptable Use and Restrictions

Using auto-responders (Triggers) or welcome messages to send illicit material, spam, scams, or content that violates Discord's ToS.
Attempting to reverse engineer, abusing the bot's API to cause bottlenecks (Rate Limits).
Configuring the AI assistant to generate destructive, malicious, or hateful content.

Service Availability

Nekovilo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Right of Termination

We reserve the exclusive right to permanently deny access to Nekovilo if we detect abuse or violations.
